EAS ECO-AIR SYSTEMS LTD. brings a commitment to project excellence through a unique ability to solve complex design and delivery issues in an innovate, collaborative, and practical manner. The basis of our practice has been a humanistic approach in the project delivery, coordination and unique client requirements accomplished through a collaborative process with our clients and consultants. The better and more we understand what our clients are aiming to accomplish, the better we can interpret their needs with vision and technical expertise.
We take the approach of assigning one single project manager for our customers, from pre-construction, estimating, project execution, through to close-out followed by servicing. This allows the assigned project manager to develop a thorough understanding of the scope of work and our client’s needs. It also allows our clients, consultant team, and trades, a single point of contact throughout the working relationship with our clients. Continuity is critical, and our goal is to maintain the same account manager from the start of the project through to completion.

About Eco Air Systems
We primarily are a service provider complemented by new construction or renovations in the commercial HVAC industry. EAS Eco Air Systems provides our services to high profile and demanding clients that require reliable and timely response to address their requests for service. We have completed landmark projects from large server room cooling systems, specialized healthcare equipment service, high rise building new construction cooling and heating solutions.
We work in conjunction with our clients to minimize disruption to day- to-day operations and are specialists in constructing within sensitive public and working environments. Our longstanding experience as one of the few preferred general contractors qualified to work within healthcare and the IM/IT industry is a testament to this.

Chris McTaggart
Principal/Senior Project Manager
Chris is our overseeing Owner/Project Manager. Additionally, he is a fully certified HVAC & refrigeration technician with 20+ years field experience. Chris manages EAS ECO-AIR SYSTEMS Ltd.’s service work and specialty builds. He is also responsible for evaluating our largest clients’ project requirements and maintaining overall customer satisfaction. Notable clients he is responsible for include Fraser Health Authority, Cologix, BC Pavco, Fairmont YVR and several retirement facilities located in the Fraser Valley and on Vancouver Island. Chris is ultimately responsible for EAS ECO-AIR SYSTEMS Ltd.’s performance and operations.
Steve McTaggart
General Manager/Senior Project Manager
Steve has been our General Manager and Senior Project Manager since November 2019. Prior to joining EAS ECO-AIR SYSTEMS Ltd. he spent 35 years in healthcare facilities management. Steve was the Senior Manager of Maintenance and Operations for Lower Mainland Facilities Management and was responsible for providing maintenance and operations services to a portfolio of over 2.3M sq.ft. His responsibilities also included construction management of projects <$5M from conceptual design through delivery and close out. In addition to the extensive technical experience he brings to our team, he has a unique customer service perspective from managing a broad base of clients.
Most recently Steve was nationally recognized and awarded the 2023 “Hans Burgers Award” by the Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society for outstanding contribution to Healthcare Engineering in Canada.
Jordan Lilburn
General Foreman/Project Manager/Senior HVAC Technician
With 12+ years of experience at EAS ECO-AIR SYSTEMS Ltd., Jordan is our General Foreman/Project Manager. He prides himself in providing timely communication, excellent service and building meaningful relationships with our customers. In addition to being a fully qualified red seal journeyman and HVAC/Refrigeration Technician, he complements his skills with continuous education and upgrading. Jordan’s ongoing development includes formal Project Management training and taking on additional leadership responsibilities. Jordan currently services our most valued customers with pride and enthusiasm.
